Dun think there is any way to reverse charge (i.e. chargeback) unless you did not get the grabpay credit.

They can you nid to contact their support and state that it was double charge or enter wrong amount. Grab will call you to verify and reverse the amount.

Yeah I once did a wrong amount top up. They did reverse but one time only.

1. Yes can choose auto top up when balance reach certain amt, but if I'm not wrong it's at least $10 or $20
2. No you cannot ride $10 trip if balance left $5. You need to have the same amt or more in your credits
