use cardup + gpmc both virtual and physical to pay my maintenance before, no problem.

Hi, for those who applied the digital card, do you get the digital card number details in the app immediately after you apply or do you have to wait some time? I applied inside the app, did the myinfo thingy.. but after that in the app only got the link to set pin to use grabpay card... set already then just go back to earlier page... :s22:

Anyone with Samsung phone and successfully paid using GPMC can enlighten me where I did wrong? I have turned on the NFC btw...

Authenticated using biometric or pin? Updated gpmc number if just got physical card? Enough balance? Did not exceed spending limit?

Authenticated using pin, as I did not set phone log in pattern/pin/gesture etc.
GPMC is using the physical card number. Enough balance. Did not exceed spending limit.

After I entered the pin on Samsung pay, it displays the timer where i need to use the card within. I move my phone near the GTM terminal and the terminal just displays 'card error'.

Choose topup using credit/debit card? Maybe try another machine? I just topped up using samsung pay with no issue

Yes. Choose top up using credit/debit card. I can do it with card itself but not with Samsung pay.
I tried on 2 machines both shows the same error. Should I tap on the terminal as if it is a NFC transaction or should I lean the phone on the side of the terminal as if it is a MST transaction?

Mayb try taking out your hp cover and try again.

I did top up yesterday. 1 machine persistently cant. Another sail thru without issue. At times depends on machine.

Also those thick hp cover at times will give issues

Just to share..
My boy his iphone dropped toilet bowl previously, no image no sound except can feel the vibration, so we thought phone was still somehow working. Got it repaired in JB KSL, everything seems ok, until recently found out cannot use wallet at any payment counters like paywave or GTM terminals, took me sometime to realised it could be due to the repair work not done properly
Can scan for grabpay, fave, Dash, etc though
