The grab CS replied me via email saying bonus points was fully redeemed at 25 dec 12.01am.

We all know that ain’t true cos we have seen grabpay qr transactions getting the bonus points after 12.04am also.

Grab taking us for a ride. I wonder how many people will actually pursue this missing 2020 points issue though

Actually not wrong also. Could be as long make the transaction at that time and while quantity last. Possible your purchase number too far back liao even though make the transaction within the time given. This shows got ways to make the transaction even faster.

Maybe Microsoft Edge is even more faster than chrome and in-app purchase?
