Haha... Same here.. went to pay my mobile and broadband bills.. All still having negative amount. I think the telecos will view me as good customer.. will not default on their bills since it is enough credit balances to last thru the next few months and more.

Grab anti fraud system is more robust than dash lol. Multiple top ups of same value and performed quickly are treated as suspicious activity.

Anyone encountered failed transaction error using grabpay card today but money still get deducted from grab wallet? I tried 2 times over the pos machine and both tries failed but still money get deducted. The cashier told me the deducted money will be refunded. True enough, there was refund but only for 1 failed transaction.

My question here is how do I get back the refund for the 2nd failed transaction?
