I am short of $899 by 30 Jun to platinium. If I hit $ 899 in Mar, do I become platinium immediately or only on 1 Jul ?

after spent the min, immediate upgrade tier.
Only if u underspend, then u will be downgrade on 1 Jul.

btw only amounts topped up from bank or local debit cards is transferrable. No limit to transfer to your paynow account.

does anyone know if TOPUPs into Grabpay Wallet will count towards the $30k annual transaction limit.

I know topups will be declined if the $30k annual transaction limit is hit, but does the topup itself count towards the $30k limit?

30k is the spending limit, no limit to topup

LOL, maybe this was changed with the new transfers out to Paynow.

My limit was maxed out for 2020. Grab hotline claims I have less than $1 left. I'm unable to make any transaction out from Grab card, but can still do grabpay from Grabpay wallet balance, even for transactions >$1. Same for transferring to another grab wallet, topped up to find that I cannot spend, was able to transfer out to other people's grab wallet to spend via grab card.
