Did he ever said it was to gpay? It's called Tap and Pay function directly in the Grab app.

Not gpay but it seems can use nfc like dash for android now. Yet to try tho.

so it seemingly either randomly appears for certain cust. selection criteria is unknown altho there are ppl who mentioned that they called in hotline and successfully requested to add this feature onto their account and start using it.

cannot pay cc bill/loan using gpmc. Can only add as credit card and pay other bills.

Cannot use credit card to pay credit card bills.

The 2 times Fraser's points or 1.2x Grab is quite misleading. There is just a handful of like 10 merchants for the mall I went (Tiong Bahru Plaza). Can click on the link to see those participating. Go to Causeway Point, North point and Waterway Point which have more participating outlets.

I showed the shop the method shown online that I need to scan the code on their machine but he could not generate the code from the machine. So both of us brought the machine to customer service and they say the shop is non participating so have to use the usual method below to get just the $5 digital card if spend $100 :

Scan the QR code displayed at the shop (not on machine) using Grab app and pay. Then shop will scan your Fraser's app QR code to give Fraser's points plus the $5 digital code.
