So strange, yesterday I was able to pay Aviva Insurance Premium thru AXS mobile apps using GPMC, just now tried, everything went thru and even got the OTP from GRAB but after key in the OTP, I got "Unable to process your payment request. Please try again." Anyone has any idea why this error?

I think you are right, ytd I I paid on 2352hr, just now tried to pay around 11pm+, think it's 10mins to 24hrs.
12:30am I tried again no more issue. The error message is misleading, should have stated exceed daily limit.

I've not tried yet, I googled and that the payment limit is $500 per transaction, max is 10 trascations of $500 a day which is $5k

Today wanted to pay up the remaining balance of insurance premium thru AXS mobile apps and still encounter the same "Unable to process your payment request. Please try again." error
This time round is 24hrs after ytd's successful payment, wonder what's the problem with AXS?
Tried the online AXS and still get the same old error "Transaction failed - Only debit card is accepted for this transaction", both mobile and online AXS also failed.

Ops, I think I might have exceeded 10k, will check with grab tmr, just now I called their hotline only operate up to 12am.

hey guys trying to make insurance payments from grabpay mastercard on AXS...i keep getting error when trying to top-up the grab wallet...is the $5k daily limit per credit card or per account? i was trying to top by $5k to my grab account and $5k to my wife's grab account using the same Amex cashback card....seems i cant go beyond $5K using the same Amex card.

For Grab account there is $5k top up limit in 24 hr and your grab wallet cannot have more than $5k. There is no limit for Amex card, assuming you did not exceed your Amex credit limit.

Grab has daily transaction limit of 5K.

both my account and my wife account didnt reach the daily limit...checked with AMEX they confirmed there is no limit....so dont know why its rejecting the top-up....couldnt get grab customer svc will need to wait till tomorrow to check...

Question - did you top up the exact value amount to your / wife’s account twice consecutively on the same day ?

for my wife account i did 100, 100, 200 & 300 then cannot liao...i tried a big amount initially but didnt go through...for my account i did two top-up 200 plus and 4k...then cannot liao...

There is also like a limit to how much you can top up with one card to any grab wallet within a 24hr period. Like when there was grab power up, I tried to top up few different accounts with the same card and get rejected after like $5k of top up.

Should be based on rolling 24 hour period.
