I would like to check if anyone has redeemed GrabPoints for SQ KrisFlyer points these few days? I have redeemed 3 days ago and it has not shown up in the KF account. And there is no options to redeem any KrisFlyer points now. From my past experience, it doesn't need to take so long.. Thanks.

Maybe also contact grab at the same time. So at least there can be faster resolution rather than do it sequentially

Thanks! Just contacted Grab via their online chat. They said that they will just cancel the resumption and refund the points back to my account.

previously the merchant said grab eat too much commission....so they explain the structure fees.

Anyone ever run into this problem. Grab seems to limit the amount I can top up my wallet with my UOB Amex daily. Yesterday I topped up $5000, then I could not top up any grab wallet with the card anymore. Not my own wallet or someone else's. Today I was able to top up $4980 before I couldn't top up anymore.
