I changed my primary phone by copying the data from one iPhone to another. I then went to access my Grab account on the new phone.

However, I bought something online charged to Grab, but the notification went to the old phone.

Anyone to advise what I should do to get the notification on the new phone? Notification settings are similar...

Starting from today it will no longer work. From grab website.

Can PayNow payments via GrabPay be made to all merchants with a PayNow QR?
Specific PayNow QRs are not supported for PayNow payments via GrabPay. These merchants are:

  • Singtel Dash wallet top up
  • Payments to IRAS
  • Payments to CPF Board

but grab doesn’t reward points for these transactions to begin with. What do they stand to gain or lose from this change? 🤔
