Anyone has problems using the Grab App to scan QR for payments, my APP keep hanging everytime i scan, been several days, i have updated the App, uninstall and reinstall, still cannot scan QR for payment...

Might be a phone issue. try restoring

No issue for me.

After i have uninstalled now totally stuck in an infinite log in loop

I tried this method as advised by the CSO:
Uninstalled Grab App > Restart > Install Grab App > Restart > Log in

Tried 3 times and still stuck in the infinite VERIFY VIA EMAIL loop after clicking on verify via email
Already states successful verified account in the browser, but still ask me to verify when browser prompted a button to open the App

CSO says these few days Grab App is having some updates and have seen increase number of ppl calling in regarding unable to log in after updating the App

But seems no one else here is facing this issue...

did they change the payment page layout? all the linked cards disappeared and won't let me add back

Under finance setting(the axis icon), payment methods. All my linked cards are still there though.

Not 'cannot', just 'didn't'. That's why couldn't say if mine has the same problem or not. Just saying that it's not 'no one here is facing the issue', but rather someone might have faced it but didn't share here.

Anyway, since you've already done what the CSO has advised, I guess just wait a bit until they're already done before trying again? Meanwhile... call them again once your patience running out...?

i use Grab App almost daily...now i got transport vouhcer in my account and i cannot log in to use, and voucher expiring in 2 days... :(

You try to login on another phone.

if can, means something wrong with your current phone

1 phone cannot log in 2 Grab Accounts will kena account suspension , my 2 other phones are logged in using other Grab accounts alr... no extra ph to test...
