There has been many reports that using the same phone to log into multiple accounts (ie log out of account A, then log into account B on the same phone) has resulted in Grab suspending both accounts.

No such thing as too often. It can be just 2 3 times. Happened to me before. In short , it is unpredictable.

then see if can find a different phone to login to try? then can be sure whether it is phone issue or account issue

Did u have a lot of Grab points inside ?
How did u know they terminate your account ? Were you notified via email ?

How to clear Grab Cache ?
What i did was according to what the CSO told me :
1st step : Uninstall App
2nd Step : Restart phone
3rd step: install App
4th Step : Restart phone
5th step : login via sms / email and verify account

I followed all his steps above but i did not clear cache coz i duno how to and he also din tell me about it

After i click verify my account in the email, it pops up a browser and states Account Verified , then it shows a button to click to open App, after i click, it launches the Grab App and ask me to verify via email ALL Over again.... its an infinite loop...

Even i select sms verification it will still prompt me to use email to verify

Wait at the Grab account verification page. After the timer counts down to 0, it will become 'Account verified?'. Click it and it will log you into the account.

I agree. Grab app log in is so troublesome.

In addition, if uninstall Android app, most of the time there is no more 'cache' for the app. So no need to clear cache.
Clear cache is for if you don't want to uninstall the app, just to clear the app cache/storage. So you can just re-launch the app and re-try the login. In this case, you don't need to do uninstallation.

Tried already still same... call hotline again the CSO say he cannot help, ask me to write in to livechat
last week that CSO also didnt ask me to write in live chat ... waste my time...

this morning then i wrote in... see how long they going to drag this time... last time i had a simple issue with unable to use a voucher which i redeemed with my points, and they took more than 1 month to resolve it , after 4 emails and 7 calls... super slow

after i click the link they sent me in email for verification, it pops up a browser to say account verified and got a button in that browser to open App, i click that button , the App gave me this almost blank page asking me to "Verify Your Account" again ... Arghhhhh

For me, I either open the email link on PC or on phone. But afterwards, I directly kill grab app again and re-launch it and try to log in. It probably gives me the same sms verification and then email verification page. But this time, stay at the grab screen, after I verified my email on PC, the grab screen shows a timer and after timer runs out, it becomes "Account verified?". Click on it and it finally logs me in.

It probably no need to run the 2nd time sms verification. But every time I try to log in is in a hurry. No time to help them to do testing.. haha..

if you don't have a spare phone to try, then suggest you reformat your phone to try as the last resort.

Mine is Huawei phone, always have issue when switching account for the past year. My hubby phone is OnePlus, never have any issue when switching account.
