I used this thread to post Fraser Experience App news .... somehow this habit was cultivated becos last time got top-up FrX gift card with Grab wallet to get extra $$$....

It is the same for capmall voucher redemption. Used to be 2500 coins now it is 2875. Need more coins to redeem the same product previously and now

I would rather use the GrabCoins to offset Grab QR and PayNow QR payments. 250 GrabCoins = $0.50 offset // 500 GrabCoin = $1

I failed several times to top-up by Grab wallet with BOC debit card this morning, now like kena "blocked" .... say cannot top-up with the card....

i thought this was long blocked sometime in 2024

If BOC Debit card cannot top up. Use BOC Credit card top up Grab pay instead.

Sometimes the top up is for other 'purposes', not purely to top up for spending, because only funds top up by debit card can be withdrawn back to bank account later.

I believe is Grab system got issue. I have in app chat them but no replies for days. I ended up Facebook chat and did gotten reply saying they will check with the relevant department. But still no hear back from them. I have check with my bank which tell me no issue with my card. I can spend on other stuffs just that cannot use at Grab.
Grab ever have similar encounter in the past but is on credit cards. I believe their system has issue. It needs more people to feedback to them to get them start taking it seriously it seems.
