R9 280x is a better performer. Equivalent to a gtx770 slightly better in certain games.

And no it does not run hot if you go for a good brand cooler type. Be it MSI or gigabyte. But now OOS at SLS. Wait till over the weekends see how.

Seems like the best quiet fan is the Asus. But it's pricing here is not very convincing. Giga is around 450~

going to sli my evga gtx 760 . when price drop?...well I can wait for a while till my 1680x1050 monitor dies....meanwhile I can run on ultra for most of my game. so unless u have 1440p....gtx 760 it more than enough for ur needs

R9 280x. Faster. Better performer than gtx760

Drivers wise I would say gtx760. Must wait for amd for new drivers as now their drivers are beta.

R9 280x is similiar price. Totally different tier. Comparable to GTX770 , even at it's worst it should perform better then the GTX760 right?

Read on blue forum , they dont understand why sap gives only 2 years when their products are not bad at all.. Haha
