Tbh I think you should ask about bringing an electric toothbrush charger, because I really doubt they'll count a toothbrush as a distraction. Unless it doubles up as a phone charger...

For us he could be really insane if he wanted to. I heard that he once pumped one squad so bad till their hands bled. Because of that he almost got charged. But for some reason they only revoked his SC promotion.

I taught him PDT when he was a trainee, and this comes as a surprise to me O.O

Yes, camera removed or sandblasted, as log as your camera app on your phone is opened, and can't take pictures, you will be allowed to bring it in.

Not that I hear of. Since you have not service NS, it is a 2 + 3 = 5 years contract. If you serve your NSF, then it maybe possible to become yearly contract.

I still do not get how the prolonged LD will affect your vocation posting? As a regular, you have a higher chance to request your posting compare to NSF especially if the vocation is shortage of manpower (eg: During my time is K9 & police coast guard).

If it is the MO who 'awarded' him the LD, I am very doubtful he will certify him for active duty.

Quite a lot of trainees are bringing in smartphones, older generation iPhones to be exact. You can either sandblast the camera or get it removed by a shop.

Wa I got one super old Xiaomi phone but don't the battery can last one week even if I off my phone

May I suggest buying a second hand iPhone 6s, or 6. Then you can sandblast the cameras. According to a friend, if you only use your phone at night to call your GF/parents, the battery should last 2 weeks.

After confinement, the squad ic will be able to bring in a charger, if he is nice, he can bring in a multi cable charger and share it with the squad.
