hmm...some parts frosted due to spraycan topcoat
some parts the paint got scratched/chipped when assembling
managed to minimize the damage
overall a good experience, hopefully the next kit will be better
intend to test out panel scribing and adding rivets in the future![]()
i did see you do some weathering for the shoulder armor if im not wrong, nice effect!

did u encounter the ink from the marker flow excessively?
updated my original post*
unlike the previous photos(phone-cam), this was taken with a compact cam
pardon the bad quality, had to use a tripod and toggle the shutter speed to make the glow visible to the camera sensors
realized u can't simply take a photo of glow-in-the-dark paints..its tedious, but I picked up something new today

the powder(With clear green) was handbrushed(didn't have my airbrush at the point of time)![]()
Waaa, so fast part 5!
Osirix, your kit not bad la, but yeah sgading is a little too much but good job overall! Keep it up!
Nice effect with the glow in the dark.
woah pretty~...where did u get the powder for the glowing effect?
haha thanks, powder bought from mws but if I'm not wrong hobbymate and hag sells them too.
There's purple and yellow powder as well.

the shop recommend airbrush....but what you see there is all handpaintedidk got this...
how u apply it?like handpaint?
interested to get.
just testing out here and there nia, so many hidden dragons here.....like your sinanju for exampleu damn zai. 1st ab kit nia got shading, weathering and glow in the dark.
i think by the time u do ur 2nd kit will have monster scale diorama, crazy modding and can send for gbwc liao.

it recommended to use ab though, thinking of trying it out next timeluckily u nv use ur ab with it.
it choke ur ab easily with the powder.
not say surely damage ur ab, but chance is there.
one brother here tried before and he said the same thing.
want glow? this can be done without the glow in the dark powder. and, its not LED.

hmm....yea it's possible it might choke, although the powder seems to be the really fine type(think of talcum powder)... will try to thin it out so it does not choke
yea...all unicorns(normal,fa) will glow under uv, (even the green effect parts from 00 kits does under uv)
I ever saw a unicorn with running patterns under a "running uv led"
but those with fa unicorn could probably try out the glowing powder
anyone gt see this base before? http://dalong.net/review/kotobukiya/mcb/mcb.htm
everything can glow under uv when u spray fluorescent colors or fluorescent clear over

kinda interested in diorama, but not sure what materials to get....Styrofoam maybe?

one thing to note is that uv led has the purple hue, heard some ppl uses the visible filter to remove that(but its costly and it can wear out)everything can glow under uv when u spray fluorescent colors or fluorescent clear over
where got lousy...looks nice even though I've no idea what ms are those, think I saw your wip before...that parrot is modded from a mini mobile suit iircFor dio.. Anything can be used.. If u are talking bout using styrofoam as a base.. Be prepared that ur base will break into half.. Pardon my lousy diorama..
