i think for the HG u can find around 20+ but i'd rather u wait for the revive version. much nicer and has better proportions.

I have managed to get 500jpy discount from a japanese seller. Since I don't want to get chop carrot on shipping fees, I am looking for a lightweight kit.

shipping cost is determined by volume also, not just weight. so dun go those big big boxes like PG or certain MG. if u want expensive but light and small size, then buy those limited edition ones loh

Which reseller are you buying from?

If they are quoting EMS fees, you can reject if the fees are ridiculously high. EMS shipping fees from Japan is pretty standard. About 3k yen for items around 1.7-2.0KG for example.

Because the seller messed up my previous order. Now they said they will reimburse me for the mistake, but the reimbursement will be a discount on my next order.

I don't really want to order from them again, so I don't feel like placing a large order, which means I won't get any discount from combined shipping. In which case, I will want the item with the lowest shipping cost.

So far, like what the others have said, I have been looking at the RG kits, because they allow SAL instead of EMS shipping.

I notice that gundam model builders skills either damn lousy or like to take shortcut.

knn where got ppl teach others to just flat coat the model kit?

dare to call urself modellers?

compared to real modellers who do armour kits, gundam modellers are jokes!

anyone know how to do gloss coating using airbrush?

got gaia clear gloss coating, but when mix with thinner and spray, the paint is very sticky and got 'furly furly' effect....my mix is 1:2

do i have to increase the ratio or what's the ideal mix?

What size is your Airbrush? 0.3mm? You should mix 2 part thinner, 1 part clear I think. Try mix thoroughly before spraying too. The furly effect is called frosting..
