Well, got replies from HLJ.com and the HK P-Bandai website....

HLJ practically don't sell P-Bandai... period... Seems to me that they don't have exclusive partnership with Bandai....

HK P-Bandai is interesting...
They only ship to HK and Macau, but they do accept international credit cards & paypal...hmm...below is their email response....

dont think PO out yet. usually 3 months prior release PO will start. which is soon. think there's also another one with flight pack. then after that another blue frame also

tbh i have nth else to buy. will be getting the first order storm trooper. their shop is it really cheap ? only plan to go wan chai toy street to get my hoot.

you can get it from amazon,ebay, japan search or hobby link japan.
local doesn't sell these.

Same same. Except my house don't have a big space so most of my back logs are RGs and HGs
