Make a trip down to their store. Talk to them, they r friendly ppl.
If u r really into this hobby, bite the bullet and buy urselves a cheap airbrush set. Nothing beats hands on. I can show u a thousand times but if u don't try it urselevs u will never learn. Youtube is also another good teacher. Watch, try, fail, learn.

U could take a look at their tools. When i was there bought many different grid sanding stick, nipper, scraper, a proconboy airbrush along with other kits.

just get anything you need from there. probably still cheaper from getting it locally. can consider getting tools.

I think have most, maybe except for victory (didnt see), double zeta saw one or two only

He only bought 1 piece which is fair enough, not hording 4 pieces like a scalper.

Today I bought 5 cny petitguys each also no issue.

Why don't u show off your work to the HAG/HAW people for them to advise what level are u and recommend the correct course?

Another option if you want to learn detailing gunpla and military kits would be M Workshop also at Sunshine Plaza. I like that place because instantly 20% off. Not the usual inflated almost x2 japan retail pricing we normally see in local shops.

Great for kits that are so large that it is too expensive to ship.

If going japan, any Yodobashi or BIC store there will give better price than sg. Still got the tourist gst refund on the spot and visa payment discount.

Or can wait for hobbylink japan seasonal sales as their shipping quite reasonable.

What I'm doing now is going for pbandai kits as they are price protected by bandai japan. If miss the pbandai po date, gonna have to pay market price for those kits.

I find OG often has a few models on cheap sale. Few months ago bought HG Gouf and HG Waff for $10 each. Looking forward to what they have for December sales.

By the way, is there any local online Gunpla building forum to discuss painting/building techniques?

I'm asking because this will be my first PG build. Previously, I only built MG Gundams, about 5 of them so far. But came across this PG in a sale at a price I absolutely cannot resist.

I do not have experience in painting/decal/airbrushing. But for this model, I'm quite willing to try out new things so as to make sure that I do justice to this model.

Can recommend some simple and not-so expensive things that I can do when building this model? Also, some tips in general or specifically for this model will also be greatly appreciated!

I've seen one case where the joints connecting the wings and the back snap because of the weight of the wings.
