Hmm where can i find U-star side cutters ? The only shop that sells are hobby kultre but think they close down?

Anyway looking for a sub $10 side-cutters(got bad experience with wire cutter)

found a tamiya modeler side cutter alpha for $17 so trying my luck to see if theres any other cheaper alternative

maybe is me mistake. went to pennisulr 2wks ago? saw a store that is nt related to gundam. went to pennisular shopping centre,or i get it wrong? furthermore the web is unaccessible now.
