I was using Skycart's services and they can only use sea shipping for the paint. Hence the longer transit.

difficult to say which color because the modeller may have mix the color. but i think the color cloest could be mr hobby colbat blue and mr hobby/ gaia sun yellow

coating is up to you.

Painted the inner frame of MG Amazing Red Warrior with a little bit of copper and silver here and there.

Hi guys, looking for some advice.

Just bought my first 3 gundams, hguc 005, 109 and 191. Hyaku Shiki, gundam x and rx 78(revive) respectively.

After building, I intend to simply panel line and top coat, is it ok to panel line with the gm01/02/03 and gm301/302/303 gundam markers then spray top coat? Or top coat once then panel line then top coat again?

For the hyaku Shiki, as it is shiny, is it a must to use glossy top coat?

yes, u can just panel line then topcoat.
for hyaku shiki, u dun need to topcoat the chrome parts. it may affect the shininess even if using gloss coat

Thanks for the advice, learnt that nail clippers and nail files aren't good enough, gf gonna flip tables if she found out I used her stuff.

For the hyaku shiki, there's two dry transfer decals I believe, so once I manage to get them on, it's not gonna fade or come off without any coating?

One question for the pros, after cutting out a part from the runner, how long do u spend sanding a nub mark off till you're satisfied?

She have a seldom used set with different cutting edges, gonna stop until I get a proper cutter, and sanding products.

Thanks for the advise, I used the manicure set which have 4 different edges, didn't seem to work very well, but maybe I'm still noob, gonna get proper ones.

I haven't build my hyaku Shiki, I like that one alot so I'll build that last, after getting more experience, hehe. I gather from your post that I cannot sand the hyaku Shiki? The gloss shine will be lost? Even if I use very high grit sand products?
