currently i am doing this expSome might have read I posted, I use pressure washer on the blower.
Don't do it. It was a big mistake.
FCU casing was dripping water, one drop at a time, super irritating. There's no clogging at the discharge hose, so i wonder where the water comes from.
I pull out the discharge pan, and it was coated with scum. Use Kao color bleach to clean it up. And close up FCU.
Still it drips after a couple of days. This time I went further and try to pull out the blower, but failed to do so. However, I saw all the scum on the back of the coils. The rear coil water drips over what looks a drain, but it was fully clogged.. It's just a strip of plastic about 1cm deep. Unable to fully pull out the blower, I use finger to dig through the scum, after spraying liberally with the bleach.
I think the drip has now stopped. I still have to use that bleach to clean up more that was unreachable.
I believe by spraying water on the blower, all the dirt went upwards and stick everywhere inside, and cause this problem.
So if anyone needs to do maintenance, the best way is still to vacuum the blower. Remove those dirt before they make problem.
You can still use high pressure spray on the coils, just don't hit the blower with the water causing the dirt to rise upwards.
Painful lesson learned.
add some video to help better understand. why cant/unable as quote It's just a strip of plastic about 1cm deep. , I use finger to dig through the scum, spraying water on the blower, all the dirt went upwards and stick everywhere inside, and cause this problem. Some might have read I posted, I use pressure washer on the blower.

why? is it to prevent the dust from spray to the finWhen you spray the blower with your jet, you need to hold the blower. Don’t let it spin along with the water.
yes correctwhy? is it to prevent the dust from spray to the fin
would it a better idea to vacuum the loose dust from blower then hold the blower and then spray the blower with jet/yes correct
Can if you don’t feel troublesome. I usually use a chopstick put between the blower fin then use water jet to wash the blower. Section by section.would it a better idea to vacuum the loose dust from blower then hold the blower and then spray the blower with jet/
