I recently discovered one area on my wall which has an aircon pipe (concealed by plasterboard) leading to a bedroom, seems to show signs of leaking. The plasterboard feels damp to touch and have stains.
The FCU nearest to the suspected leakage isn’t showing any signs of water leaking.

Can anyone advise what I should do now? I’m not sure if such problems can be handled solely be aircon service technicians since it involves concealed aircon pipes.

I did that vacuuming also but the leak on the plasterboard didn’t go away.
hmm, try doing both ends of sucking then, suck from aircon end and exit end. Or buy white vinegar dont dilute and pour into aircon drain tray. Try your best not to touch the fins

sg normal aircon servicing no use de. chemical washing over do, can only chemcial wash for twice. all failed to clear the water pipe drainage. 3-6 months always clogged.

i brought high pressure water jet and all the accessories on taobao to do it myself. choose the motor that can adjust the pressure one. total cost $100 only. use 1 time, my cost all come back. the high pressure water jet blast into the water pipe, can see all the jelly flow out of the pipe. every year before cny do once only. can also use it on the outdoor unit.

i show my equipment and accessories to my aircon service man, he also shock. ask me where i buy and how much. :s13:

The Bosch aquajet 100 lo, I gotta extra long Bosch water jet cables dunno 20 or 30metres from TB so that after connection, my water jet gun can reach all aircons n external compressor, the box cables not long enough. Alternative u can get wireless one that can suck water from pail which some bros here described earlier.
bosch i see my aircon man use, cannot adjust the pressure. will spoil the fin of the coil.

Q1) My aircon recently not cold one, I think for a few months liao. Does cleaning the two mesh thingy not enough?

Q2) There was 2 times when I woke up middle of the night and I smelt poop smell, why ah? One night the smell was strong enough that I woke up somemore. What’s wrong? I suspect coming from the aircon. :o

Shopee has. The cheap china ones are sufficient.
Get the one with the bigger batt.
Sufficient to do a decent job, only issue is cannot hit the back coil....of coz, that is to be expected.
Just a cheap proof of concept gadget, is ok.

I got this one, primarily to clean my bike chain after degreasing. Just tried it out on the AC for fun and see how it works vs my pressure washer in which i dial it down to approx half the pressure.

The advantage of this is that the setup/tear down time vs the pressure washer is quite a bit faster.
Actually there is next to no setup time. Just fill up water source, dip the hose in and off you go.
