Sometimes could be cyclist kenna influenced by friends to try luck and sue. Sometimes even if case not strong, but egged on by unethical lawyer who say "Wah, got chance of winning." End up go thru years of court proceedings, cross examination, emotional stress and time wasting. Then lose the case but lawyer still get paid. In America, these unethical lawyers are known as "ambulance chasers".
