Pedestrain already halfway cross the road before the driver made a right turn. Should have just let them complete their crossing.
The car is not allow to stop there. It's turning right with oncoming traffic from its left. No yellow box or stop line.

It's just like those traffic light right turn. Imagine the pedestrians cross while the red man is flashing .

Anyway, the pedestrain already halfway thru before the car moves. No way they can anticipate the driver intention to move, coz the driver was stationary when they began crossing.

As it's not a zebra crossing or pedestrian crossing hence ppl crossing should be aware and cross when there are absolute no traffic OR simply cross further up where it's not the the junction.

Cross further up away from the junction. So if the car need to stop it wouldn't create accident. Turning cars faces 2 points of potential danger. Cars from the its back and from the front left ( as it is turning right)

Driver should give way to pedestrians who are already in the midst of crossing. He didn't check before turning and deserved an insult.

obviously driver's fault....likely staring at the oncoming traffic then quickly turn to 'beat' the car traffic and the pedestrian on the left that is approaching to cross the road cause scared to be stuck in yellow box with all the cars staring at him....
