- Vouchers no need to beg. Auto haf for beggars.
- No $1 deals haf to ask MP why neh apply for PA $$.

im always in the backseat. i can afford condo and car, but i choose to stay in hdb and take mrt.

Equity cannot take huge loan though. Most ppl leverage property via loans anyway so not exactly large chuck of money into single asset.
