I rmb back in 2013 I did.

It was a 10pm to 6am job.

And when I go home thru mrt Im like zombiefied looking at all the train people who are just going to work.

Whats your experience with nightshift?

Uncle worked night shift for 20 years before going to day shift and followed by normal shift.

Night shift is tiring even though you had enough sleep but still feel tiring.
Hi uncle Jeremy. How are you?
Hope your tinnitus is okay now

worked overnight then go home sleep in the day, but cannot have a good rest no matter what.
Weekend sleep also disrupted at night. Older now cannot tahan working nightshift.

Don’t like it. Body feels heaty. Cannot sleep well and often brain fog
Same... I was able to sleep, but always wake up feeling groggy and tired (because woke up just as or after sunset), and waking hours always have that fog lingering around that I couldn't get rid of. Not even strong teh/kopi.

I got. And work way longer hours than that. And is not shift.
My army friend, who is a fellow lokun like you, can concur. He recounted regularly clocking 30hr-shifts (or whatever it is called) while he was in his residency phase.
