Think perhaps cause the body nature clock is tuned for maintenance and repair at night when people sleep. When long term deprived it of that, the body cannot take it one.Uncle worked night shift for 20 years before going to day shift and followed by normal shift.
Night shift is tiring even though you had enough sleep but still feel tiring.
