Anyone knows how third child priority scheme works? According to HDB 5% of the quota wil be allocated to family with 3 child.

5% includes 2rm,3rm,4rm? Each 5%
Or 5 out of 100 units regardless room type and race?

3rd child easier to get.

Should be separated between the different size.. when you apply can see the number available and applied.. what's the ratio etc.. but if got more people applied under the scheme then it doesn't make sense anymore

Already said 3 kids, will apply for 5 rooms definitely.

Dunno. But I know most of my friends got 3 or more ginna BTO very easy get. 4 and 5 rm in new and mature estate.

Haha if i got third child maybe will consider second timer 5 room under the scheme.. just sell the current one think still got spare after clearing the loan..

July bto for the Clementi don’t have 5rm.
Also smaller than usual 4rm .

Nowadays all matured estate don’t have 5rm and also few sqm smaller

Don’t like that say. I am paying tax also. Above median income if according to the report released few days ago.

I am leeching my own bto subsidies .
And I don’t get any grant also.
