The new owner cannot move before MOP.

BTO

At first i thought i cannot buy BTO as first timer because i have my name attached to the flat together with other sis/bro when my dad passed away. Me and sis wrote to hdb and ask..at first they saying cannot buy blablablah..then i go to hdb page and log in to my details. I see it as ......My holding type is a Joint Tenancy and flat owner consist of 4 people which include me.
and i ask e hdb people again, cos i nv brought HDB using money blabla bla..so i consider first timer for bto? He reply yes. :s22:
