They are doing it now to serve the non-subscribers.
Nope, this channel is still available in analogue transmission.
Hub Sports Arena is available in both analogue and digital transmission. For non subscribers, of course using analogue. Dvb-c digital is for subscribers with Starhub set-top boxes.
albertlee, do u agree with me that this channel will continue in analogue after mediaCorp cease analogue transmission end-2018?
don't need to guess.

I went hunting for them at Sim Lim Square. Prices have risen. I bought the second one....but i wasn't able to receive Malaysian channels after tuning. I will try again tomorrow. Images and sound for the rest of the channels are good.$1-$2 (Now $8)

Anyone in a similar as me and finding it hard to get a good digital reception?
- Staying on a low floor (2nd)
- TV is not near the window, at least 5m away
- Currently using coaxial cable into the Starhub TV point
- Running a wire + antenna closer to the window is NOT an option, cos you know.. fugly
Does that mean I am screwed and have to get a Singtel/Starhub subscription for shows I don't intend to watch?
What do I do guys?
U shld b able 2 use ur hse antenna 2 receive digital FTA channels but u still need a STB as ur TV doesn’t have DVB-T2 tuner.Hi guys,
For landed property, is it necessary to buy indoor antennas for every TV?
My old TV can still receive analogue signal and watch FTA channels (it's not DVB-T2 enabled). Does this mean the house antenna on the roof can also be used to receive digital signal?

Thanks for the prompt reply bro
Sorry coz I'm a noob at this, but if I can already receive analogue signal, it means my house rooftop already have antenna (that can also receive digital signal) right? I just need to get a setup box, no need indoor antenna right?

Tat means u probably haf starhub cable coming into ur hseI just realised, my house doesn't have any TV antenna on the roof...How did I receive the conventional analogue signal then?![]()
