What I wouls like is a earphone that can best play music that can best bring about emotions(e.g visualing yourself hearing epic/dramatic instrumental music in a concert with surround sound)

Best bang for the buck for you currently would be the Audio Technica ATH-IM70 and if budget permits the ATH-IM02. Both are great all-rounders but are excellent with vocals too.

Thanks for the suggestions! I am leaning towards the IM02 if the SQ is much better than the IM70. Don't mind forking out a bit more for a product that I will use for a long time.

Btw, I heard that the ATH-IM02 is currently out of stock from some other threads. Would you have any idea where is it available currently or when stocks will arrive?

Yep, hot hot model and stocks are likely to come around April. Why not pay us a visit to try them out first and also the ATH-IM01 which is closer to your budget.

I'm looking for a set of IEM (have tried IM50,70,01,02 - quire like the 70 but open for more suggestion) for different feel and usage and also a new set of cans as upgrade from my M50. For headphones comfort and portable is important. Sometimes I find the M50 really clamp too strong but size wise still ok for carrying around.

Aside the Audio-Technica models, you can give the Shure SE215 and Monster DNA In Ear a try as they a great in the music genre you listen to. For headphones, the AKG K167, Vmoda M100 are good options and they are foldable for easy portability.

Hi, we have quite a few models for wireless but not many that sits behind the head. Perhaps only the Sennheiser MM100 fits the bill.

Audio purist would likely agree that bluetooth wireless does affect the quality of the music compare to the standard wired versions. However, there are cases where people can't really hear the audio difference and may prefer the convenience of wireless technology. Give it a try can see which is a better choice for you.
