Do consider trying out the JVC FX-750, Audio Technica ATH-IM02 and Shure SE215SPE. . They should great with classical, acoustic and vocal music genres.

Any recommendations for IEMs < $100 with isolation level on par with shure/westone designs? Seems difficult to find such an IEM, those cheaper ones always seem to be shallow insertion fit

How bout the Audio Technica ATH-IM50/ IM70, have you tried them? They are meant to be worn over the ears as well and I can say that they have good isolation also. And wait till you hear the sound.

Understand sound might not be as good if going wireless but would like to have a bit of freedom over movement. If budget is not a concern, what would you recommend?

I'm currently using Marshall Minor on the G3, haven't heard any hissing sound.
