Just want to ask a question that isn't really about head/earphones though. Given that I'm already very proficient in both Android and iOS, what relatively new Android/iOS phone would you suggest I get for the best sound? Preferably a very "full" sound.

We do not have the Rock-it only. The rest we have =)

Should look at the the ATH-CKS99 since you seem to like bass =) or you can also look at the SE215 blue as well =) more clean as compared to the normal SE215

You can try the Dunu Trident for the genres you mentioned. =) An alternative you can look at the UE350. =)

Would EB950 be a little too much bass? Because I'm getting it for my girlfriend and she might prefer white colour too (sorry for being so picky!) UE400vm looks nice probably I should head down to stereo to try them out

Someone did mentioned the Bose AE2 which is really comfortable over long period of hearing and non-fatiguing music. =) AE2 is part of our promotion now.

The UE400vm will suit you =) if you like slightly more bass for your rock music, try the UE350vm =)

And the audio-technica CKM500is =)
