Thanks! :)

PS: oh and does Stereo allow testing of headphones like they do for their earphones/iems?

Yes we have most of our items for trying out. :D in your case I will say get something with detachable cable. At that high price not many has a mic cable so we can look at lower price range ones with heavy bass.

Vmoda M100
Skullcandy Mix Master
B&W P5

Vmoda M100 is one of the most popular choices I would say ;)

Ooops! I left out one important note. I need a wireless headphone. Wired items pretty much do not have an infinity with me.

Sorry I left out that point. Pretty much jumped the gun when posting.

can the mic and volume control for UE 9000 (the one on the headphone itself) be supported for Android phone?

or is there a Android version of the UE 9000?

Mainly iPhone compatible - mic should be working on new android devices =) volume control not able to use for android devices unless they come out with a cable that has analog volume control.

Haven't heard of anything like that yet

does a Samsung Galaxy Note 1 count as new android device?? LOL.

What about Sennheiser MM550-x? Would it be android compatible for mic? Music output - suitable for bass rich music?

Should be fine - sorry forgot to state the wireless functions they will work fine on android devies since they are AVRCP enabled. =)

Only wired mode will be affected

to clarify, the wireless functions of the UE 9000 will work on Android phones, just that the wired functions will NOT "work properly" with Android.

Did I get that right??
