Recently bought my friend to to Stereo looking for something similar and she end up getting the Marshall mode eq http://www.stereo.com.sg/marshall-mode-eq.html. For the price I think it's quite a steal, very neutral sounding (not overly emphasis on the bass, or treble). For comparison, the Sennheiser momentum ie is quite good too. Another nice touch is both models comes available in IOS or android remote/mic functions, essential for phones.

Bluetooth iem at sub $100 quite limited in choices and few at tuned "neutral" in my experience, many seem to be bassy (for sports i guess) and some I tried are just plain muffled and horrible. But you can still try the Mee m9b http://www.stereo.com.sg/mee-audio-m9b.html Nothing fancy about the earphone but it does the job, wireless, lightweight and great quality sound for the price tag. You gotta try the fit though, my first experience wasn't the best because the tip at Stereo wasn't my size, you need to talk to the staffs and tell them it isn't sealing or fitting well and they will try to find something that works, that makes a lot of difference.

Vmoda ZN sounds like your type of sound man... I found the ZN treble slightly too smooth and bass slightly too "strong" at certain freq for my personal liking but overall it has a very uniform sound that works really well without amping and with streaming music like spotify (I tried with spotify Extreme setting)

Other than the sound, the cable is one of the best materials I've seen around, soft with little microphonics but still feels very durable. Accessories wise, everything you need, they have inside.

Hi Guys,

I've been using B&W C5 1st series for more than 3 years. During the warranty period the left driver produce no sound and 1 to 1 exchange has been done. However, the exchanged piece is having the same issue with the left driver after using it for more than a year. Do you guys have any recommendation for in-ear headphone. Thanks

PS: I have no intention going back with B&W products as I found their quality of in-ear headphone is bad.

I think you meant "noise isolation". Earphones may isolate better and offer more choices to choose from.

Sennheiser has a few around that price range but I'm not familar with them, you can go Stereo to try them and see if those work.
