Hi, i'm currently listening to music on my ipod mostly and i just bought a pair of earphones recently. I find that the bass is insufficient, may i know if that's any low-price range portable amp to boost the bass?

Please advise where can I get it as well.
We have the Digizoid ZO2.3 in store which you can and retailing at $129 =)

I'm considering to get either Audio Technica ATH-WM77 or MARSHALL - MAJOR...hmmm thought of Audio Technica ATH-M50 but too big for me..
Any recommendation from you guys?? Thanks in advance:)
WM77 has retractable cable if you are not good at handling cables. =)

Any thoughts about the ATH-PRO700 MK2 vs the M50?
Pro 700 has more clamp force and better bass depth for me, M50 is a good all rounder and its comfortable. One good thing is that the Pro 700 has a detachable cable =)

I will go down to Stereo to give them both a listen. THanks.

how is the UE6000 in terms of noise isolation?
Better because of bigger ear pad size - and it has active noise cancelling too. :)

I was recommended the M50 previously but I went down to the shop to give it a listen. I found that the jack doesn't fit my phone with I have a casing on it. Also, the grip is a bit loose and I don't like circular ear pads.

Anything other recommendations? Would the Audio Technica Pro700 Mk2 be any different? Or Shure SRH 750? Basically, I hope that my headphone doesn't fly off my head when I shake my head.

HD25 Pro from Senheiser? But the earpads are also round and small but sure tight fitting and lightweight. Very good sounding and punchy phones if you like more foward sound, less staging. Price wise, slightly more than the ATH-M50 ;).

Your rig: Cowon J3
- What type of usage (movies/ gaming/ music etc) : Music
- File format used in your source (i.e. flac, mp3 etc) : 320kbps Mp3
- Genre of music you listen to (classical, jazz, metal, etc) : RnB, Acoustic, Ballads, Rock, Pop, Kpop, J-rock (A wide range really)
- Headphone / earphone type (closed, open, cirumaural, IEM etc) : Prefer IEMs, current IEM is westone um3x. Looking for an upgrade or just switch for a fresh change.
- Budget : 600-700? Will top up if necessary.

EDIT: I wouldn't mind headphones either but I'm always on the go. Would prefer IEMs.

nothing much up there really in the realm of universals if you are looking for something similar to the UM3x

alternatively for a change can look at Earsonics SM64, UE900 or Heir 4ai

or else jump directly to a custom I guess

Thanks, will take a look at them.

Yeap, I'm not looking for something similar to um3x. Looking for something different. Need a refreshing change.
