They very stingy with the points now
Yalor .. all those cheaters ... wear 2-4 watches and start shaking hands to get points .. no wonder HPB got to use SIngpass to verify if u still alive or not ..... before u can participate in their event .....

How many steps everyday to exchange for how many health points. I have 2000+ steps daily but the points stuck at 3510 for a long time despite I sync the data...
Minimum is 5000 steps to gain points

If I have less than 5000, they don't add up?
10 continuous minutes of MVPA get 1 point.
When you hit 20 minutes , +5 more.
Hit 30 minutes, + another 5.
Also when you hit 5000 steps you get 1 point.
That has to be within 1 day

I got lots of MVPA. But most days I don't get 5000 steps, usually 4000+.
Cos I don't swing my arms much when I'm exercising, the tracker thinks I'm resting 🤣

My tracker is a cheater.
I just did 30+ minutes of exercises. It recorded an increase in number of steps . But zero increase in MVPA, despite it being on exercise mode. Not the first time that this has happened.

Use this formula ....... must be medium intensity exercise for at least 10mins then points will be awarded ....

Calculate your heart-rate ranges:

Maximum Heart-rate = 220 - Your Age.

Light intensity = 57% — 63%
Medium intensity = 64% — 75%
Vigorous Intensity = 76% — 95%.

And definitely at higher than those %s.
There was one day I even triggered a warning from the tracker to slow down... but when I synched it later, it showed zero minutes

How to get d points ah?
wear a tracker and walk, also record if you exercise. sometimes got sleep challenge, just record your sleep got points.

also, buy anything with healthier choice label will have a qr to scan. can earn points from there.

what excerise u doing 1st? got excced the mpva required heatbeat 1st or not ? the heartbeat drop = no count 1 leh........

must every min also got...... 1 sec below no count.....

Will change for ezlink card credits (simplygo option).. Cause no need human interaction..

But points very hard to earn now.. even the steps, i one week maybe only 2-3 days meet 5k steps only..
