To maximize an Indian capability, you need to keep them in small minority...they will work hard.
However, if u let them hav free play in resource and they start bringing in their own kind at no control....that spell big trouble...bcos they could be talent themselves...but those ppl they brought in, might not be....and so on....
it takes years for a company to notice the effect of ceca power....
When it was finally felt....the company could have already majority of them....
From my experience with working with them(management)...
They normally dun take calculated risk making decision for long term plans...
No foresight from management, it means your competitors will catch up.
the reason why they take calculated risk in long term plans is they cherish their job and profile...if the decision is wrong, they are worried of losing their job....they definitely dun wan to go back to where they come from...
Some of them are really intelligent, but to really squeezed out their capability, u must really keep them in minority...they will serve well to the company.
the key is C*** in numbers...... really they will start to do funny things when many of them get together..... bigger the gang, the more they call the shots..... and then they will start to ignore other suggestions..... doing their way....
