I suspect your casing power switch is short - circuited. Try swapping Reset switch, leaving the casing power switch disconnected.
Thanks for your suggestion.. I've just tried this.. Problem persists..
Hmm.. Is there anything else I can do to pinpoint the issue? I tried disconnecting the case front panel too.. Managed to boot into Windows.. But then problem came back again.. Then I disconnected all case fans.. Don't work too..![]()
