This is quite normal for pubg. Your parts are fine.

How is that crappy fps on LOW settings with a 1080 'normal'? He's saying 70-90 at VERY LOW(sad AF) settings, thats the performance of a way lower card lol.

High-ultra settings should get at least 50-60 fps with a 1080 MINIMUM, not 20-30 LOL.

for pubg if you enter certain town its even worse.. im also getting 40-60fps in some of the lag town.

Ts also never specify where. I assumed he tested at the starting area as that's the place with the most obvious frame drops. And it's actually pretty normal for a 1080 at very low to have those fps there.

Check your ram speed in bios, it might be default . Pubg runs better with higher clocked ram

So RAM actually plays a big part of PUBG?
Some people say investing in SSD (for those who doesn't have one), will change somewhat.

But that sounds unreliable af.
