bros!!! I realised moi hair is thinning recently. I have been busy the past months and didn't really pay much attention but now that I am less focused on my commitments, I realised its getting worst

I'm not sure if this is caused by hormones but I have to say my complexion was bad the the past few months and also been having stubborn pimples on my scalp.

Each time I shampoo my hair, I see about 20+ strands on my palms

I heard someone said using ginger helps. Not too sure. Google ginger and hair regrowth got some results. You can go do some research. Not sure if it works for you or not.
