haha i just went into simlim and buy. cause sincere buyer. they will just give u the low price.

Btw , i happen to read this post too slow .. if not i will stop u from buying from the 1.3k vendor because Carousell have tons of it selling at 1.2k++

Thanks for the tips Irenicus. But I had already went ahead to place orders for the evga 1080ti on amazon and the x34a on lazada hahha.

Cpu wise, i read that coffee lake will only be sold in feb 2018 even if its specs are released 21 aug this year. Abit too long for me haha.

Had the monitor delivered to the office cos no one is gome to receive it. Hope the cab can fit lol

Nice that you've gotten EVGA, do note that Tawain branch will handle the Warranty if there is any issues. Probably won't have any but still good to know, Steps to get Warranty support quoted from VR-Zone:

Assumption/Requirements
1) you have an EVGA account
2) your product should be registered before its 30th days from purchase to enjoy 3 years warranty

So here is the guide:

1) First of all if you need to submit a ticket to EVGA for online support (this will be needed when you create your RMA as they need a support ticket)
2) Once you and the support engineer found out that your product will need RMA then you start doing the RMA
3) in the product details of your account you can submit an RMA
4) once you are done you will be given a pdf to print, this is for the labeling of your product for mailing
5) if you started your RMA in the US region most likely the address is pointing to the USA address but fret not here is what you need to do next
6) email CSMailTW@evga.com and give them your RMA id
7) they will contact you (superbly fast usually within a day) and they will ask you for information and will send you a pdf again containg the correct address in Taiwan
8) print the pdf and pack your product securely with bubble wraps and everything and send it to Taiwan
9) I used Singpost normal delivery as I am poor :buai: and sending my GTX 660 which almost weighs almost to 1KG due to packing cost me around S$26.
10) the package arrived in Taiwan less than a week.
11) once EVGA receives your product the status will be shown in the webpage of your product details and the status is "Preparing to ship the product".
12) if after 3-5 days the product RMA status has not changed you can email CSMailTW@evga.com again for the status. they are very friendly and will try to inform you of the status. the good thing about contacting EVGA is that in their reply mail you can see who to email to if you are unhappy with their support. This I say is world class support.
13) once your product is shipped you can again see it in your product page and with it is the tracking number where you can track it and just relax and wait for your product to arrived

14) once your gpu arrives you check first if the serial# is new (this is important as all RMA should have new Serial#) if not then you cannot use the old Serial# for RMA as it is already marked as RMA
15) in registering your new GPU's serial# please choose in
Place Purchased:"EVGA RMA" <--- use this and dont use Amazon or where you originally bought it.
16) Once you have registerd your new GPU then Unregister the old one.
17) that all folks

I want to put the pc case on some kind of trolley so its easier to move it around.

Anyone has a good recommendation for one that looks clean and nice looking? The normal pc case trolleys all look ugly lol

For the trolley... I got from one from Challenger last time and it's ugly, but it works. I don't know any nice looking ones, might have to look into online shopping for one.

Just got my EVGA 1080ti graphic card. Put everything together, and sorta works properly. HDMI works perfectly. However my monitor does not detect any input when I connect through display port, and shows "no signal".

I tried unplugging the power on the monitor for 10 mins, restarting the computer, and also plugging into the other display ports on my graphic card, but it still shows no signal.

Bought a new Display port cable, and it still has the same problem. I hope its not a graphic card issue.

Anyone experts here encountered this issue before?

Hey,

I just received mine today too. Mine is the GTX 1080 Ti Ftw3. I plug into the 1st Display Port just under the DVI port and it works. Check monitor is selected DP and also check if it there is any version settings on the monitor.

Hope yours get fixed.
