Dividend warrior, can share which website or platform you use to analyse track record and wale?

Hi,
Sorry I was looking at SGX.com.
Under dividends, there are 3 types, namely, one with tax exempt, one with less tax, and the other with nothing. So am I right to say that we should be looking at the one with nothing?
Retail REITs: CapitaMall Trust, Frasers CentrePoint Trust, Starhill Global
Healthcare: PLife REIT & First REIT
Industrial: Mapletree Industrial Trust, Mapletree Logistics, Ascendas, CACHE, AIMS AMP, Cambridge, Sabana

Should omit the tax portion as you don't need to pay tax on dividend...
SGX.com mostly.
The files are in PDF format.
you can get all these fundemental data from shareinvestor in a nice excel sheet. Compare them side by side, apple to applehow do you extract all these numbers from PDF? Are you using some softwares to do it? Seem very taxing to retype in all numbers right?

would like to ask..how often does companies pay out dividends on average?
Depends on what kind of stocks are u looking at.
Reits - Semi or quarter (most common)
Blue chips - Semi (most common) or quarter
hmm if the dividend payout is quarterly or semi, then how come in DW's signature, he stated the dividends earning as per month? is it he average it out?

Yeah, i believe he average out. For eg, if i recieve $500 worth of dividends from jan to jun, when i average out ($500/6 mths), my average dividends is $83.33 for the 1st 6 mths. Say for example,I receive another bumper crop of dividends worth $1000 for the mth of july. Then when i average out ($1500/7 mths), my average dividends is now $214.28.
Ohh I see, thanks man. super new to this..very interesting but at the same time so so confusing haha
