Looking to get a new fridge, already have my eyes on the Mitsubishi Folio series as it's multi doors, but the hefty price tag of $3000 is quite a turn off. Anyone has any other fridge model to recommend? Preferably multi doors, if not 3 doors.

Got some 2 doors fridge which are big sized and can put many items inside.

I'm using this:

sg_RSH5SUSL1-XSS_001_Front

http://www.samsung.com/sg/consumer/home-appliances/refrigerators/side-by-side/RSH5SUSL1/XSS

Can't remember how much exactly i got it for but should be between $1400 to $1500. They gave me a free fan and microwave oven.

If you have kids or itchy hand people at home, please lock the display. Someone changed the temperature of the normal fridge on the right side to 6 degrees and my drinks took a long time to become cold and some food actually went bad faster than expected.

Thanks for the recommendation! My preference is as many doors as possible though, I prefer to separate the food, e.g. ice maker from frozen section. But multidoors of similar capacity to French door fridges are usually x2 of the price. :(

more doors means less usable space, besides, smell from separate chamber also will pass through. i put durian in one compartment and my milk smells of durian. so no point having to many doors.

Currently using 6 doors, the smell doesn't travel between compartments. But mine is an old fridge, maybe older models were better made? :(

Mine is hitachi de, 3yr old. Jackfruit or sometimes overnight food also will. I wouldn't buy another multidoor
