Try use minimum modules to troubleshoot, remove the following:
1. GPU, use onboard
2. use 1 pc of ram, swap if fail
3. disconnect dvd writer/data hdd/usb device other than KB/mouse

do you have the PC Beeper speaker connected?

any beep codes?

nope no idea what that is and dont hear any beeps

3. disconnect dvd writer/data hdd/usb device other than KB/mouse

i tried using onboard gpu too but even after removing my dedicated gpu, the problem persist.
i only have 1 pc of ram. already swap the positions. still dont work

now the time between booting and rebooting is even shorter:(

i highly suspect its the gpu tho.
theres 2 power lights at the 2x6pin power connectors for the gpu
it use to light up when theres power, even when its shutdown.

but now it only lights up when i press the power up button...

With all SATA devices disconnected including SATA power cables and GPU removed, try clear cmos/bios.

I had a faulty GPU causing the mainboard to be unable to start even after removing it. Only after clearing CMOS/BIOS located on mainboard did it able to start.

Can try lah.Good Luck.
