Anyone of you have made a purchase from ASOS recently and have yet to receive it even though the "estimated date" given by ASOS has passed?
Sian i have 2 delayed/missing parcels![]()
I ordered during the 60% off period. i had a total of 3 parcels totalling up to about $160+...
Supposedly shipped on 27dec, 4th jan and 15th jan and was due to reach on 21st jan, 25th jan and 2nd feb respectively.. did not reach me and was asked to wait an additional 2 weeks or so till 8feb, 12feb and 20feb.
I then approached them through facebook and was promised a refund for my 1st parcel within 5-10 working days. they claimed to be processing my 2nd parcel right now with their delivery investigation team. I've never encountered this problem before since using it july last year and I've made several orders which all arrived promptly on time or even earlier but never late.
I suspect they didn't mail it out after their christmas/new year hiatus.
my god i really wanted the items but its all sold out and a replacement is impossible now.. can only hope i receive the refund as promised
