That guy just sprayed a colorless liquid. The liquid is absorbed into the tile surfaces. Can last about 3 yrs. Cleaning of tiles later on can use dish washing detergent and scrubbing

HIP considered completed liao. U next will be entire house clean up

Nice. This switch is bigger and easier to press. (y)

Is your grout white for the wall tiles?

Mine is like beige for the wall tiles but different design. 😣

Yes, they used white cement for the wall tiles.

For toilet floor tiles they used a beige colour type. Upon drying it's a bit beige color

Good morning all,

Today is my second day of HIP and I am wondering if it's ok to stay in my room while the workers continue with their work?

The drailing and hecking of the walls were completed yesterday Day 1 and they already removed all their dust proof sheet.

So I supposed on Day 2 today, the noise level should be much lower, and hence can remain in room for the entire day?

Also On Day 2, will there be much dust? I saw my own dust sheet has small openings on top ceiling and wondering if I should also tape it back.

My area will start HIP next year, polling result already out and now doing the opting.

TS, did you opt to replace your main door or gate? Can one opt for fire-rated one even if their flat doesn't require to do so? And I assumed the requirement for an adult to be around during the upgrading work is not needed?
