First thing first have to make sure it has no issues with streaming services using their vidaa os. No point getting good price and pq but cant serve ita purpose.

But then making sure is not easy given its a new product u8h.

U8H: 55 and 65 inch
A85H (OLED): 55 and 65 inch
U7H: 85 inch and another size
U6H: Unsure on the size
A7G: Unsure on the size

They were still preparing the dark room to showcase the Laser Cinema (I assume)

In VIDAA the mode used depends on whatever the source video is on, so it's a bit of a pain since Youtube can be HDR/SDR, then go to Netflix got Dolby Vision and on Amazon Prime Video use HDR10+ so pretty much need to keep changing setting to match what you're watching. The other TV OS probably have to go through sth like that though.

Isnt the tv will display the video logo whenever a video source is fed? Like auto display hdr, dolby vison?

You mean gotta change everytime from the setting to get that particular video output?

Anyone care to feedback between Hisense A6H and Iffalcon K71SG on their 55"? Looking at entry level tv for Mediacock programs, movies and Nintendo switch games.

Both pricing around +-$700 region. Current 40" Sony seems small for living room. Initially wanted to get Xiaomi P1 too....

Hisense A7 is android and now on sale $669, don't get A6H, not wide gamut, terrible colours.

How's the overall picture quality? Upscaling of standard definition source is ok (e.g. free to air channels and cable tv)?

I think the meWATCH is not available yet but I only watch Netflix so no love lost
