E7H > P635, but no 4K120 for PS5 (& expect some motion blur, coz even the U6H has it) and low brightness, IPS low contrast and lack of WCG will not make great movie watching.Hi everyone. How's the E7H Google Tv for watching movies and playing PS5? I'm looking for a 43 inch TV for my room. Was thinking of getting the E7H or TCL P635. Any advice? Thanks...

The following 43" will be perfect for PS5 and movies:

While the Sony X85J is great, the best (if $$ no object) is the LG C2 42".Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. The Sony x85j looks really good. As im planning to have a tv in my room. Not many 43 Inch tv has HDMI 2.1 and bells and whistles. But between the Hisense E7H and TCL P635, the E7H is a better choice? Thanks again...
Likely sold out already. U7G is a 2021 model after all. U7H is the 2022 model.Any idea what happened to the U7G 2022 Qled? Its no longer listed on their website.

Back to the E7H vs P635 comparo, while I have no personal experience with either, IMO, from specs & reviews, it seems like the E7H is slightly better:
Personally, I think its worth paying a bit more for the E7H over the P635. Sadly, the P735 43" is not available in Singapore, else I'll go for the P735 over both models.
- Brighter by 40 nits
- Supports VRR
- MEMC (120hz) vs MEMC (60hz) on P635
- Should have slightly better pixel response time compared to P635's slow 9.5 ms (typ.)
- Dolby Vision & Atmos (good for soundbar, but Vision will make no difference)
- As good contrast, since user "amazingone" stated both use VA panel
Here's more details on the P635:
Sometimes I wonder isnt it a downgrade of picture quality if you watch movie with subtitle blooming. I have a 6 years old LG 4k edgelit tv with no visible subtitle blooming. Yes it is not inky black, it is greyish but visible blooming watching from directly straight is really a turn off a downgrade instead.Bought 55 inch u8H during 1111.
My simplified review.
Great tv that fit ps5 requirement of 120hz 4K spec.
I think its viewing angle is very good for family movie watching, probably because of ipa panel. Not sure how narrow is US version va panel is.
My tv is beside window in living room so I have bright environment requirement. This tv is working great with no reflection.
one big problem is blooming issue, especially white subtitle. You will notice it when watching Netflix in HD.
Another problem is airplay. I remember I saw somewhere that it will be supported at end of year 2022 but I don’t see it happening as it’s already Dec 2022.
this tv is definitely not the best, but will fit your tight budget.
FYI I got this 55 inch u8h tv from shoppe 1111 flash sale @ $960. I think it’s the lowest you can find
Are these mini ledThe local 43" E7H comes with VA panel, only the bigger 55" and 75" comes with IPS panel..
Reduce the backlight to reduce BloomSometimes I wonder isnt it a downgrade of picture quality if you watch movie with subtitle blooming. E7H is just standard LED backlight. Are these mini led
oh.. was thinking the last few sets will drop to 900 as the cheapest was 1048 after courts discount code.Checked with seller, no more U7G... Now they promote U6H for 65" instead. Sianz.
Nope. Mini LED way more expensive! Here's Hisense's cheapest miniLED: https://hisense.sg/product-category/smart-tv/series/u8-series/Are these mini led
If you focus on the key technology that makes MiniLED feasible and similar to OLED blackness that would be the number of dimming zones. The more dimming zones the better it would be. And the problem with the marketing is that it seems Hisense is deliberately suppressing this important piece of info from its U8H. Go figure out the number of dimming zones the LG Miniled TV has versus the U8H then you will know why the blooming is such a turn off. In my opinion you are better off with a ULED TV than a junk TV that blooms so bad. I have personally seen the LG MiniLED and there is no blooming at all. I'm surprised that Hisense dares to bring such a TV into the market.Sometimes I wonder isnt it a downgrade of picture quality if you watch movie with subtitle blooming.
