As long as it's profitable, banks don't mind leaving loophole open. For example, DBS live fresh card already banned cardup explicitly. For others, they might be ok throwing a few scraps your way, while profiting on other transactions. Hence the limit on cashback from cardup.

I guess till too many people do the scraps then they close it.

1. Pay iras using cardup
2. Pay insurance using cardup
3. Pay ur rent using cardup
4. Pay ur car loan using card up
5. Pay ur telco bills using credit card
6. Pay your town council bills using credit card
7. Pay ur sp bills using credit card

If after this 9 actions...u still can't hit min. Spend...meaning don't try earning rebates with credit cards...just resign to saving your salary den...if u are thinking of earning by not spending..go tell this to the banks. E.g. DBS..I wan u to give me free $$..see how they react

Sometimes u earn more by not spending lol

Cardup has 2.6% fee fyi. Someone mentioned he even incurred finance charges because it was treated as a cash advance.

Telco is not disqualified for UOB One (both spend and interest)

BOC Family recognises Telco transactions too: gives 1% for the main 3 telcos (Singtel, M1 and Starhub)

I just tried cardup. A bit hassle. Dunno worth it or not.
Anyway, below are some I can think of.

Buy ntuc voucher at 5% discount
Top up grabpay at 5% discount
Top up Alipay

May I know how to buy NTUC voucher at 5% discount?
